- grammatical fixes
- markdown fixes
  - use bold when referring to specific names of sections, buttons, links, etc on a page so it stands out to the reader
  - line breaks between paragraphs
  - always format links that aren't meant to be clicked (like the token endpoint) as inline code so the rendering engine doesn't make it a clickable hyperlink
- msdocs
  - never use "choose", always use "select"
  - don't quote page names
