Proxmox LCX gives Stream error

Describe the bug
When I try and add a stream to NPM I get an error "Internal Error"

Nginx Proxy Manager Version
2.12.6

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' Stream
2. Click on '....' New Stream
3. Add Port, IP, Port '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Add the port and start forwarding the data

Proxmox LCX

I have the same internal error... with the same version.

But i think that the 443 is not possible. I've tried with ssh 22.
