npm installation issue with EPERM, unlink

I am facing the problem once I reinstall the npm on the cantainer manager of my synology, I have already reinstalled many times but still same error happens, could you please support me to fix it? if you can tell me a lillte bit detail procedure to do on ssh that would be very appreciate because I'm poor skill on this, thanks very much!
