refactor: Remove "Filter Manipulation" category

1. The scenarios we currently have are not super common / we don't have
   enough scenarios.
2. The link between the scenarios we have are very weak to form a single
   new category
3. Some of the scenarios we have usually point to a bigger problem,
   which is broken authorization in the Elastic Search
