Possible Default Options for fields missing

When creating a field, it is often up to guesswork or examples to find out, which possible default options exist. One example is a field that always shows today in 30 days. It is unclear if that is possible or needs a formula (which has multilingual issues)

Please add to the docs, which tokens are supported here.
