Update production-ready-preview-dynamics365.md

The BAP contributors guide (https://review.learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bacx/preview-disclaimers?branch=main#use-includes) says to reference this shared includes. However, if you do, the Supplemental link doesn't work because the path targets the Learn  repo instead of dynamics.microsoft.com. Alternatively there is an fwlink ttps://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2105274, but not sure who owns it.
