     Therefore, the handler needs to know what the values of these fields are just after the user updates the item. The **SPRemoteEventProperties** object has an **ItemEventProperties** property. And, in turn, it has an indexed **AfterProperties** property that holds the values of the fields in the updated item. The following code uses these properties to test whether the handler should react. Put this in place of `TODO14`.
