Bug: Both chromium based browser and Files hang and crash on drag n drop from browser to Files

Description

Was dragging n dropping a image from Edge on a folder icon in files. It hung.
Later tried with Edge, same issue. Had to close browser from task manager. Task manager failed to force close the Files

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to a random site from a browser
2. Open Files, navigate to a path where there is folders
3. Drag a image from the browser web interface, and drop it to any folder (Expected behavior, have it downloaded there, like normal file explorer)

Thanks for the report, The log doesn't show any errors, can you

1. Type Event Viewer into the Windows start menu search
2. Go to Windows logs > Application
3. Screenshot the first Application Error under the source column with this symbol that has Files.exe shown on the first line
4. Upload this on GitHub comment box (Email attachments don't work)

Seems like it. (wow 1 year old!!)

The interesting thing about that issue is they don't seem to be experiencing the crash.
