Bug: Unable to set as default file manager

I'm using Windows Insider Preview Build 27913. In this build, I can't set Files as the default file manager. If I turn on that button, it automatically closes. Is there a solution for this?

Steps To Reproduce

1.打开Files App (Open Files App)
2.点击设置按钮 (point setting arrangement)
3.点击“高级选项” (High quality selection)
4.点击“将Files设为默认文件管理器”按钮 (Click the "Make Files your default file manager" button)

Thanks for the report, Please make sure you have

• UAC (User account control) enabled at 2nd level from the bottom or above
• Restarted Windows

If it doesn't work after you have done that then unfortunately you won't be able to use Files as default unless you reinstall Windows.
