[clang-tidy][question] Where is run-clang-tidy.py installed on Windows?

After installing 20.1.8 on Windows 11, I see multiple Python scripts in C:\Program Files\LLVM\share\clang, e.g. clang-tidy-diff.py.
However, run-clang-tidy.py is not there, and I can't find it anywhere else either.

Is this expected, or am I missing something?

It's located in C:\Program Files\LLVM\bin renamed to run-clang-tidy (without the .py extension).

I think we could have a separate issue for moving clang-tidy-diff.py to bin dir.
I'm really surprised that two scripts are in different folders.
