Why Are you requesting commit access ?

I work on the google chrome build team on migrating to clang modules. In the process, I've managed to make clang segfault many times, and found several bugs with clang.

I'd like commit access so I can more easily merge fixes. I've merged 5 PRs to clang, and have found and fixed multiple bugs with clang modules (eg. #151277).
