LLVM 21: f128/i128 now 16-byte aligned on x86-32 #144606

Description

@durin42

This was fixed in llvm/llvm-project#138092, and broke tests/assembly-llvm/x86-return-float.rs in the process. It looks like this will be fidgety to try and fix for both versions, so I'm filing a tracking bug in the hopes it's easy to just accept the changes when it lands.
