* Fix broken links in REST API docs

Closes SharePoint#1473

* Documentation fixup

- addressed formatting issue reported by user comment in docs (SharePoint#1478)
- fixed numerous bullet ordering issues due to incorrectly intended blockquotes & fenced code blocks
- fixed numerous fenced code blocks with correct language / scenario

Fixes SharePoint#1478.
