Motivation and Context

Currently, the repository does not include any Flutter or Dart-based projects. This change aims to fill that gap and provide a structured, hands-on learning experience for Flutter developers, from beginners to more experienced developers. By adding real-world Flutter projects, this contribution will allow learners to practice and improve their Flutter/Dart skills.

How Has This Been Tested?

Flutter project was tested on Android device using the latest stable version of Flutter (Flutter 3.7). The projects were run on emulators and physical devices to ensure cross-platform compatibility.

The code was also tested for functionality using Flutter's built-in testing framework, and unit/integration tests were written where applicable.
